This innovative product integrates local natural resources, cultural identity, and sustainable practices to enhance the visitor experience while promoting environmental conservation. The initiative seeks to strengthen the tourism sector in El Salvador by introducing a gastronomic offering that combines the natural sweetness of locally sourced strawberries with the refreshing effervescence of sparkling water. The product design incorporates accessibility, affordability, and sustainability as core values, aiming to minimize environmental impact through biodegradable packaging and eco-friendly production methods. In addition, Straw Fresh contributes to the cultural heritage of the region by blending traditional Salvadoran elements with contemporary gastronomic trends. This product aligns with global initiatives such as the Global Plastic Tourism Initiative and the One Planet Sustainable Tourism Program, ensuring a harmonious balance between enjoyment and conservation.
