La investigación surge a raíz de la necesidad de migrar del sistema manual a uno informático para el manejo de la información institucional, tomando como base la seccional San Miguel de la Cruz Roja Salvadoreña y culmina con la elaboración de una solución web basada en la informática, la cual consiste en un sistema para el control de la información de los voluntarios, del inventario y para la administración de los servicios que presta la seccional. Adicionalmente se creó una aplicación móvil para que los ciudadanos puedan reportar una emergencia a la seccional. ABSTRACT: This document contains information on the carrying out of the research project "DEVELOPMENT OF A VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, RESOURCES AND SERVICES FOR THE SECTIONALS OF THE SALVADORAN RED CROSS" as a degree project to qualify for the title of Computer Systems Engineer.
