This work presents the results of a whole research process to evaluate the necessity to incorporate the teaching of English in Salvadorian public elementary schools to help junior high school students overcome their English learning deficiencies.In order to find out information about the previously mentioned situation, researchers chose different schools of the urban area of Santa Ana where researchers observed and studied different variables concerning seventh graders and seventh grade teachers.
