The Listening skill is an active practice that allows students to recognize, process, internalize and interpret the information in the brain. This process is very important specially when learning a foreign language because it gives the students the opportunity to recognize the sounds, words and mainly the message of the new language. Since technology has become a major concern in the educational world, most schools have implemented it in their English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classes, but still in El Salvador, many schools have been inconsistent in implementing instructional technology.
