    The final report entitled 'Mastering Translation with the Right Tools and Techniques to provide better quality translated works', presented at the University of El Salvador, addresses the importance of translation in a globalized world. It describes how translation enables cross-cultural communication and is key in sectors such as medicine, technology and legal documents. It also highlights the need for specific techniques to ensure that translations are accurate and appropriate to the cultural context of the target language. The document details the translation process which includes analysis, research, comparison, resting, revision and proofreading, and the use of various techniques such as reduction, modulation, transposition, and literal translation. In short, translation is not just about converting words, but adapting the message while respecting the culture and context to ensure clear and accurate understanding. The report stresses that good translation contributes to cultural exchange, scientific and technological progress, and diplomacy. Finally, it highlights the importance of professional proofreading to ensure quality.
