    RESUMEN: El entorno domiciliar y ambiental ejerce un papel fundamental en el menor ya que este es el medio donde se desenvuelven de igual forma es el medio donde se desarrolla por lo que un ambiente idóneo disminuye el riesgo de que presente alguna enfermedad que afecte la salud del menor, por lo que la investigación tiene por Objetivo Determinar los factores del ambiente físico y domiciliario que influyen en la salud de la población infantil de uno a cuatro años de edad que consultan las Unidades Comunitarias de Salud Familiar Especializadas de Osicala, Cuidad Mujer El Divisadero, Morazán y Unidad Comunitaria de Salud Familiar Intermedia de Pasaquina, La Unión en el año 2018, para la realización del estudio se utilizó la Metodología La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo prospectivo, transversal y descriptivo se tomó como población toda madre de niños de 1 a 4 años de edad que consultaron por control infantil o morbilidad, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión, en total el número de madres fueron de 369, a las que se les hizo una entrevista de 39 preguntas de selección múltiple, esto previo consentimiento informado, referentes a las variables de interés. ABSTRACT: The home and environmental surroundings play a fundamental role in the child since this is the environment where they develop and also the environment where they develop, so a suitable environment reduces the risk of presenting any disease that affects the child's health, so the research aims to determine the factors of the physical and home environment that influence the health of the child population from one to four years of age who consult the Community Units of Specialized Family Health of Osicala, Cuidad Mujer El Divisadero, Morazán and Community Units of Specialized Family Health of Osicala, Cuidad Mujer El Divisadero, Morazán and Intermediate Family Health Community Unit of Pasaquina, La Unión in 2018, for the realization of the study the Methodology was used The research had a quantitative approach, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive type was taken as population all mothers of children from 1 to 4 years of age who consulted for child control or morbidity, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, in total the number of mothers were 369, to whom an interview of 39 multiple choice questions was made, this prior informed consent, referring to the variables of interest.
