The work contains also items which are concerned with the idea of implementing a TOEFL preparation course that will allow students to graduate from the major in English. In addition, it contains information that was discussed deeply in order to gather reliable information, intending to carry out a successful investigation. Hence, at the very beginning of the work, the research design is presented for the readers to know about the statement of the problem and historical background of the topic being investigated.
