    Factores socioculturales que influyen en la dieta de paciente puérpera en las unidades de salud de sociedad Morazán; Chirilagua y colonia Carrillo San Miguel, en el periodo de julio a septiembre de 2011

    RESUMEN: Los factores socioculturales que influyen en la dieta de la paciente puérpera en las unidades de salud de Sociedad Morazán; Chirilagua y Colonia Carrillo San Miguel, en el periodo de julio a septiembre de 2011. Se Plantearon como OBJETIVOS: Determinar los factores socioculturales que influyen en la dieta de la paciente puérpera, conocer los factores sociales e identificar los factores culturales, así como también caracterizar el tipo de dieta de dicha paciente. METODOLOGIA: Estudio cuantitativo: porque se hizo una comparación entre las diversas opiniones de la muestra de estudio, investigación de tipo descriptiva, porque se describió el tipo de dieta más frecuente de la mujer puérpera y la influencia que ejercen los factores socioculturales en ella. De tipo prospectivo ya que se aplicó una encuesta a las pacientes en su primer control post parto registrando la información a medida transcurrió la investigación; transversal porque la información que se adquirió de las unidades de análisis fue una sola vez. ABSTRACT: The sociocultural factors that influence the diet of the puerperal patient in the health units of Sociedad Morazán; Chirilagua and Colonia Carrillo San Miguel, in the period from July to September 2011. OBJECTIVES: To determine the sociocultural factors that influence the diet of the puerpera patient, to know the social factors and to identify the cultural factors, as well as to characterize the type of diet of the puerpera patient. METHODOLOGY: Quantitative study: because a comparison was made between the different opinions of the study sample, descriptive type of research, because the most frequent type of diet of the puerpera woman and the influence exerted by the sociocultural factors on her were described. Prospective type because a survey was applied to the patients in their first postpartum control, recording the information as the research progressed; transversal because the information acquired from the units of analysis was only once.
