    Sistema Informático para el control académico y administrativo del Centro de Enseñanza de Lenguas Extranjeras “CELEUES” de la Facultad Multidisciplinaria Paracentral de la Universidad de El Salvador.

    El presente trabajo de graduación, denominado “SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO PARA EL CONTROL ACADÉMICO Y ADMINISTRATIVO DEL CENTRO DE ENSEÑANZA DE LENGUAS EXTRANJERAS “CELEUES” DE LA FACULTAD MULTIDISCIPLINARIA PARACENTRAL DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE EL SALVADOR” ha sido elaborado con el fin de dar solución a la problemática encontrada, en el Centro de Enseñanza de Lenguas Extranjeras que no poseía un control de los procesos administrativos. Se determinó este problema a partir de la correspondiente investigación realizada dentro del centro, consultando con la administradora, observando la forma de realizar los procesos del centro y el tiempo que se tomaban para llevar a cabo cada una de las actividades. A partir de esto se desarrolló el sistema informático dentro del cual se manejan los procesos administrativos del centro, con el fin de poder brindar una forma más eficiente de realizarlos, reducir tiempos de espera y mejorar la atención brindada a los estudiantes. Gracias a esto, el centro de enseñanzas de lenguas extranjeras cuenta con un mejor registro de estudiantes, controles de préstamos de material didáctico y equipo, así como un control más eficiente de notas y exámenes de nivelación, acceso a la información, filtros de seguridad para respaldar el acceso a la información y la disponibilidad de la misma en el momento que se requiera. The present work of graduation solution, called "COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL OF THE CENTER OF TEACHING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES" CELEUES "OF THE PARACENTRAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY FACULTY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF EL SALVADOR, in the finatic center of Education found Foreign Languages that did not have control of administrative processes. This problem was determined from the corresponding investigation carried out within the center, who with the administrator, observing the way to carry out the processes of the center and the time taken to carry out each of the activities. From this, the computer system was developed within which the administrative processes of the center are managed, in order to be able to provide a more efficient way of carrying them out, reduce waiting times and improve the attention provided to students. Thanks to this, the foreign language teaching center has a better registration of students, controls on loan of teaching material and equipment, as well as a more efficient control of grades and leveling tests, access to information, security filters for support access to information and its availability at the time it is required
