    La formación de estudiantes con calidad profesional es la misión de toda entidad educativa, lograr ese perfil es un reto que todo docente conlleva y para lograrlo es necesario que utilice una metodología que posibilite el aprendizaje significativo. Además, que le permita cumplir con todas las competencias requeridas, es por ello que la investigación se propone una metodología de enseñanza- aprendizaje para los estudiantes de cuarto año de la carrera de Licenciatura en Ciencias Químicas, que cursan la Asignatura de Síntesis Orgánica, esto con el fin de fortalecer el conocimiento en esta área de la Química. Desde luego, mejorar la calidad en la formación profesional de los estudiantes de cuarto año de Licenciatura en Química es un propósito fundamental. The training of students with professional quality is the mission of every educational entity. Achieving this profile is a challenge that every teacher entails and to achieve this it is necessary to use a methodology that enables meaningful learning. In addition, it allows you to meet all the required competencies, which is why the research proposes a teaching-learning methodology for fourth-year students of the Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Sciences, who take the Subject of Organic Synthesis, this in order to strengthen knowledge in this area of Chemistry. Of course, improving the quality in the professional training of fourth-year students of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is a fundamental purpose.
