    Contribución y desafíos del Plan Nacional de Formación Docente en la certificación de especialistas en el periodo 2015-2017

    RESUMEN: La formación docente pretende fortalecer las competencias curriculares y metodológicas de los y las docentes a través de diversas especializaciones disciplinares las cuales permiten un dominio efectivo de la disciplina en específico dentro del marco del Plan Nacional de Formación Docente surge la necesidad de estudiar la contribución y desafíos de éste, a través del estudio sistemático de los diferentes núcleos realizados por los expertos en diferentes zonas del país, los cuales han servido de base para el desarrollo de la investigación, que tiene como objetivo el análisis de dichas contribuciones, así mismo identificar los desafíos del Plan Nacional de Formación Docente; así como también conocer el dominio curricular alcanzado por los y las especialistas certificados en la disciplina de su especialidad.
