Item Desarrollo de la plataforma colaborativa para la promoción de la producción artesanal de la mesa de artesanos de sonsonate norte, nahuizalco, 2025(Universidad De El Salvador, 2025-09-06) Hernandez Calderon, Nelson Rodrigo; Garcia Gomez, Jennifer Lisbeth; Mata Vasquez, Raquel Ester; Calderon Tenorio, Victoria Estefania; hc18020@ues.edu.sv; gg13100@ues.edu.sv; mv18019@ues.edu.svThe objective of this project was to create a collaborative platform that includes participation and strengthens the knowledge of e-commerce and photography for artisans in the Sonsonate Norte area of Nahuizalco. This project stems from the need among artisans in the area due to structural limitations, resulting from a dependence on in-person sales and limited use of digital media. The project itself was based on a participatory approach, which included an initial assessment through interviews, surveys, and field observation, as well as coordination with key institutions such as CEDART, CONAMYPE, and the Nahuizalco Municipal Government. Based on this analysis, training workshops in product photography and e-commerce were developed to provide participants with practical tools for presenting and selling their crafts in digital environments. Thus, a website was designed with a digital catalog, a personalized profile of the participating artisans, contact links, and links to social media. The pilot phase of the project highlights an improvement in the use of digital tools as well as an improvement in the visual quality of the products. The project demonstrates that technological innovation applied to the cultural and artisanal field can become an effective strategy for enhancing the visibility, economic sustainability, and preservation of Nahuizalco's cultural heritage. It also proposes a replicable model in other territories with similar characteristics, where tradition and technology are integrated as drivers of community development.
