    RESUMEN: El contenido del Departamento se encuentran los diferentes procesos que debe tener toda organización e institución, para gestionar el recurso más importante, el ser humano. Esta tesis cuenta con procesos de provisión, aplicación, mantenimiento, desarrollo y seguimiento de personas. que ayudarán a todo tipo de organización que las ponga en práctica, haciendo de esta tesis de mucha utilidad tanto para empresas e instituciones, como para futuros estudios de investigación. ABSTRACT : The contents of the Department are the different processes that every organization and institution must have, to manage the most important resource, the human being. This thesis has processes of provision, application, maintenance, development and monitoring of people. that will help all types of organizations to put them into practice, making this thesis very useful both for companies and institutions, as well as for future research studies.
