    Incidencia del estrés en los estudiantes de la maestría para formación en la docencia universitaria en la catedra de práctica docente durante el ciclo II-2024

    RESUMEN: La investigación analiza la incidencia del estrés en los estudiantes de La Maestría en Formación en La Docencia Universitaria, detalladamente en la catedra de Práctica Docente, como en todas las instituciones de educación superior en El Salvador. La investigación surge ante la creciente tensión académica y profesional que enfrentan los maestrantes, quienes son los responsables de equilibrar el aspecto laboral, familiares y académicos. Se identifican factores estresantes como la carga laboral, el cumplimiento de practicas docentes y por supuesto la autoexigencia por un buen desempeño. A través de un enfoque diverso, se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas para evaluar el impacto del estrés en el rendimiento académico y bienestar emocional y bienestar emocional de los estudiantes. Los resultados revelan niveles moderados a muy altos de estrés, con efectos negativos en la salud mental, la motivación y la calidad del aprendizaje. La investigación propone estrategias institucionales de apoyo psicoemocional y ajustes curriculares que favorezcan un entorno formativo mas saludable y sostenible. Esta investigación contribuye a la comprensión del fenómeno del estrés académico en la educación superior en El Salvador y a la construcción de propuestas orientadas al fortalecimiento del bienestar estudiantil. ABSTRACT: This research analyzes the impact of stress on students of the Master's in University Teaching Training, specifically in the Teaching Practice department, as in all higher education institutions in El Salvador. The research arose from the increasing academic and professional stress faced by master's students, who are responsible for balancing work, family, and academic aspects. Stressors such as workload, compliance with teaching practices, and, of course, self-demand for good performance were identified. Using a diverse approach, surveys and interviews were conducted to assess the impact of stress on students' academic performance and emotional well-being. The results reveal moderate to very high levels of stress, with negative effects on mental health, motivation, and the quality of learning. The research proposes institutional strategies for psycho-emotional support and curricular adjustments that promote a healthier and more sustainable learning environment. This research contributes to the understanding of the phenomenon of academic stress in higher education in El Salvador and to the development of proposals aimed at strengthening student well-being.

    Plan estratégico para el desarrollo turístico del municipio de Jucuarán, Usulután, año 2020

    Los autores presentan estrategias que contribuyen al desarrollo turístico del municipio de Jucuarán, Usulután, estos resultados investigados proporcionan datos sobre el turismo de playa y montaña en las diferentes zonas del municipio, y sobre como estos pueden incrementar la oferta turística a través de nuevas oportunidades para los habitantes, turistas nacionales y extranjeros; a lo que los autores proponen estrategias para explotar el potencial turístico del municipio como guías turísticas acompañadas de rutas, señalización turística, manuales de prevención, capacitaciones sobre sensibilización ambiental y formación de emprendedores; también se aborda un plan de acción a 3 años, junto con un presupuesto generalizado de los costos y gastos que se incurren en la realización del proyecto, además se incluyen parámetros del seguimiento y control de las estrategias propuestas para que exista una retroalimentación conforme se apliquen las estrategias y se evalúen los resultados obtenidos. La ejecución del proyecto está destinada a la alcaldía municipal de Jucuarán para que su desarrollo sea en conjunto a las comunidades que gozan de un potencial turístico identificado. ABSTRACT: The authors carry out strategies that improve the tourist development of the municipality of Jucuarán, Usulután, the investigated results provide data on beach and mountain tourism in the different areas of the municipality, and on how these can increase the tourist offer through new opportunities for the inhabitants, national and foreign tourists; to which the authors propose strategies to exploit the tourist potential of the municipality such as tourist guides accompanied by routes, tourist signs, prevention manuals, training on environmental awareness and training of entrepreneurs; A 3-year action plan is also addressed, along with a generalized budget of the costs and expenses incurred in carrying out the project, as well as parameters for monitoring and controlling the proposed strategies so that there is feedback as they are applied. strategies and the results obtained are evaluated. The execution of the project is destined to the municipal mayor of Jucuarán so that its development is jointly with the communities that enjoy an identified tourism potential.
