    LAS IA’S EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ESCOLAR: AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE TAREAS Y MEJORAS EN LA GESTIÓN DEL RECURSO HUMANO

    El presente documento explora el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la gestión educativa. Basado en investigaciones recientes de instituciones latinoamericanas (2024-2025), destaca que la IA puede automatizar tareas repetitivas (matrículas, horarios, registros), liberando tiempo para actividades estratégicas y mejorando la eficiencia operativa. Además, facilita el análisis de datos para una toma de decisiones informada y personaliza el desarrollo profesional docente. Los estudios coinciden en que la implementación exitosa requiere capacitación del personal para superar resistencias y aprovechar las herramientas. Se recomienda iniciar con proyectos de bajo riesgo (ej. chatbots para consultas) y, además, involucrar a docentes en el diseño de soluciones. Aunque la IA promete optimizar recursos y reducir errores, su adopción exige inversión en infraestructura y formación. La conclusión subraya que la IA es un complemento, no un reemplazo, para potenciar la calidad educativa y la gestión humana. This document explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on educational management. Based on recent research from Latin American institutions (2024-2025), it highlights that AI can automate repetitive tasks (enrollment, scheduling, records), freeing up time for strategic activities and improving operational efficiency. Furthermore, it facilitates data analysis for informed decision-making and personalizes teacher professional development. Studies agree that successful implementation requires staff training to overcome resistance and leverage the tools. It is recommended to start with low-risk projects (e.g., chatbots for queries) and also involve teachers in the design of solutions. Although AI promises to optimize resources and reduce errors, its adoption requires investment in infrastructure and training. The conclusion underscores that AI is a complement, not a replacement, for enhancing educational quality and human management.
