    RESUMEN: La problemática de la vivienda en general reviste de importancia principalmente por las incidencias en la actividad económica, y particularmente a los aspectos de empleo e ingresos, componentes macroeconómicos que afectan positivamente el bienestar de las familias en cualquier ordenamiento económico, ya que elevan su nivel de vida, lo que trae consigo estabilidad económica, social y emocional. ABSTRACT: The housing issue in general is of importance mainly because of its impact on economic activity, and particularly on the housing aspects.
