Item Apuntes sobre la colonialidad y el sentido de la historia: reflexiones acerca del devenir y el “eterno retorno” de la dialéctica(Robinson Salazar Perez, 2014-05-01) Pedranzini, MaximilianoEste artículo busca colocar en una perspectiva crítica la idea de colonialidad esbozada por la teoría decolonial difundida en los últimos años, tomando al marxismo como paradigma capaz de brindar elementos teóricos y filosóficos que discuta este concepto y su rol en la subjetividad latinoamericana, como así también los planteos del pensamiento decolonial como alternativa epistemológica en la región. Para esto, se plantea realizar un recorrido que tiene como escalas distintas vertientes filosóficas que irán nutriendo a lo largo de este viaje la opinión expresada. Dentro de esta perspectiva de análisis surge como una preocupación necesaria e indispensable pensar el sentido de la Historia, recuperar su dimensión hermenéutica, cuya naturaleza nos vale para comprender el pasado y orientarnos desde esa compresión en el presente como ese tiempo estratégico en el que actuamos, tanto como individuos como colectivo en la sociedad. Ahora bien, discernir este primer momento de la perspectiva expuesta esgrime otro de los planteos de este artículo que es recuperar al marxismo y a la dialéctica como partes esenciales de una corriente de pensamiento crítico para comprender y enriquecer fenómenos de la actividad humana que otros paradigmas no alcanzan profundizar. Un ensayo que deja la ventana abierta para el debate y el intercambio de ideas colocando sobre la mesa intelectual cuestiones que merecen ser discutidas una y otra vez en un contexto donde la Historia sigue estando bajo el control del capitalismo como un modo de producción intelectual y simbólico que indefectiblemente atraviesa a toda la sociedad global.Item Cuerpos para rechazar: la vida negada de la inmigración “negra” en Santiago de Chile(Robinson Salazar Perez, 2016-01-01) Gutiérrez Mangini, Juan Pablo; Jorquera Nuñez, GabrielaEl presente artículo proviene de un proceso de investigación finalizado que se interesó por los procesos de racialización/sexualización de la inmigración “negra” en Chile. En particular lo que se presenta a continuación son algunos resultados y reflexiones generales acerca del fenómeno migratorio internacional con especial énfasis en lo que sucede en Chile. Desde ahí, se analiza el discurso de chilenas y chilenos en torno a los procesos migratorios recientes, prestando especial atención a los imaginarios que se significan en torno a corporalidades afrocaribeñas que se dicen distintas a una chilenidad que pareciera rechazar todo lo que le parece fuera de su propia constitución .Item Los derechos laborales de los inmigrantes Centroamericanos en la zona oriental de El Salvador: perspectiva desde los derechos humanos .(Robinson Salazar Perez, 2014-09-01) Paz Hernández, Juan CarlosLa migración de centroamericanos hacia El Salvador por motivos laborales, específicamente la zona oriental, ha sido resultado de un proceso continuo en Mesoamérica, de ahí la importancia de analizar el estado actual de los derechos laborales de los inmigrantes centroamericanos en la Zona Oriental de El Salvador, a efecto de exponer la situación jurídico-laboral de este grupo social, también se identifican los obstáculos que se presentan para insertarse en el campo laboral así como el acceso a las prestaciones laborales de este sector de inmigrantes. Se retoma el análisis sobre las políticas públicas vinculadas con el estado de los derechos de los inmigrantes centroamericanos que residen en dicha área de El Salvador.
