This paper intends to present some reflections in an approach to the organizational analysis from the perspective of the thought of Nobert Elias. The main motivation emerges from the existing gap in the theoretical-methodological and empirical literature that bases the organizational analysis from the promising assumptions of figurational sociology centered on a model of the evolution of psychogenetic and psychosocial processes in interpersonal relationships of social reality, to fecundate the different theories of the organizations and to explain the social transformations. This analysis is derived from the reflections of the works The civilizing process and The Solitude of the Dying of Norbert Elias. It is conclude that the forms of organization of power in organizations are based on the degree of evolutionary psychogenetic and psychosocial development of individuals, in their interrelationships and conflicts with each other and with social practices in their specific context, to achieve certain levels of development ranging from societies with organizations and institutions in barbarism to civilized societies where power relations between individuals, organizations and the State are based on the full exercise of human, economic, civil, political and social rights. This article makes a brief analysis of some of the speeches that were published in the United States during the first two decades of the twentieth century regarding the foreign policy of the White House and its impact on Latin America. An exceptional case was the voices emanating from different circles of opinion where the White House's neutral stance was criticized or justified by the revolutionary outbreak in Mexico. It was considered that the actions taken by the State Department in the neighboring country reflected not only an economic or social interest, but also a geopolitical one. This discussion was fueled by comparisons and examples that alluded to the differential treatment of US intervening action against Mexico in face of other political revolts in Latin America. This ethnographic work, tries to place in debate these problems: the peri-urban of Olavarría is rural, taking into account the speeches and the glances of olavarrians in general, about the social subjects and their activities in that territory? Do they establish a position of estigmatization and of disvalor to the moment to refer to the same ones? My hypothesis derives from the fact that exists an urban socio-cultural reproduction that emerges from some areas of the Political Power, bearing in mind that these are rural spaces of diverse small producers with lack of infrastructures for considering them to be neither urban nor rural, that do not answer to the so-called " progress" and they are like that “because they want ". It is necessary to visualize dialectical dichotomies, in a paradox of which the laws exist for the equality, but there are only declarative. In this context the invisibility becomes present from the hegemonic groups, because they do not consider that territoriality with their own logic; they know the problems and demands from an organization of constant collective political struggle, in a job of persistence. In view of the above, it is necessary to formulate mechanism of formalization and recognition to solve problems of interrelation conflicts. The subject matter of this article has as goals highlight the social fact produced by economic globalization, which has generated and promoted the development of social participation and the presence of social movements in the process of regional integration in Central America dating from the second half of the 20th century; in the same way, demonstrate knowledge of citizenship in the 21st century. The treatment of the subject, states that the process of regional integration is essential for building social and political consensus in the framework of the governments elected by the electoral mechanisms through the popular vote. The idea of this triangle formed by the social participation or citizen, regional integration and democracy is to contribute to encourage such participation, which is vital to promote peace, security, strengthening the democratic system and the development of a modern State to ensure the common good of the Central American population. Rural areas in El Salvador have experienced transformation after the process of neoliberal globalization. Reality of rural families has not been of interest in this new scenery, and in general little is questioned about the effects of this change in the global framework of accumulation of inequality between the country side and the city, the damage of a sustainable production, and the emergent of new ways of making non- traditional families coming from disintegration due to socioeconomic issues. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and need of rural families. To that purpose, it was taken as subjects, families who were living in the North rural area of Ciudad Barrios town at San Miguel. It was applied a descriptive- explanatory investigation model, with a mix focus, of transactional achievement. Findings demonstrate new characteristics in the structure of rural families compared to the traditional nuclear and extended and strong male domination in the culture. The socioeconomic environment of homes presents a series of needs such as: access to high school and higher education, permanent health service, water, electrical energy, and houses without moderate condition. Conclusions emphasize an increasing of poverty and vulnerability as a result of the lack of productive conditions with enough sustainability to provide development and social mobility of rural families to the town.
