    Este proyecto desarrolló el diseño de una planta deshidratadora de frutas para Sufrir en San Miguel, El Salvador, respondiendo a la creciente demanda de alimentos saludables y convenientes. La propuesta buscó diversificar el mercado local y potenciar el desarrollo económico de la región oriental del país. El análisis económico-financiero del proyecto determinó una inversión inicial de $35,850.30, con un financiamiento basado completamente en capital propio. La planta fue diseñada para ser eficiente y sostenible, empleando tecnologías modernas que aseguran la preservación de las propiedades nutricionales y la calidad de las frutas deshidratadas. Además, se seleccionó estratégicamente la ubicación en Conchagua para optimizar costos y logística. Con una capacidad de producción inicial proyectada de 6,771.28 kg de fruta fresca, el enfoque del proyecto fue garantizar un proceso productivo higiénico, cumplir con regulaciones legales y atender una demanda creciente de consumidores conscientes de la salud. This project focused on the design of a fruit dehydration plant for Sunfruit, located in San Miguel, El Salvador, aimed at meeting the growing demand for healthy and convenient foods by producing high-quality dried fruits. The initiative sought to diversify the local market and boost the economic development of the eastern region of the country. The financial-economic analysis determined an initial investment of $35,850.30, fully financed by equity capital. The plant was designed to be efficient and sustainable, using modern technologies to ensure the preservation of nutritional properties and the quality of the dried fruits. Additionally, the strategic location in Moncagua was selected to optimize logistics and costs. With an initial production capacity projected at 6,771.28 kg of fresh fruit, the project's focus was to guarantee a hygienic production process, comply with legal regulations, and cater to a growing demand for health-conscious consumers.
