    El fortalecimiento de las microempresas es un beneficio para el país en general, esto es lo que a su vez alienta y da sentido a esta investigación que lleva por nombre “Administración de Capital De Trabajo, para Microempresas, en el Municipio de San Vicente, Departamento San Vicente.” En el planteamiento del problema se establece nuestro interés en lograr que las microempresas estudiadas sean administradas eficientemente y logren el crecimiento que desean, porque en el momento de la creación de un negocio, este debe de ir acompañado por la administración de las finanzas, específicamente el manejo del capital de trabajo, que implica las cuentas de activo y pasivo en el corto plazo y por eso su impacto en la operatividad de los negocios es significativa. La justificación de esta investigación radica en que el apoyo a los microempresarios es de suma importancia, para que puedan estar informados y capacitados financieramente, y así superen diferentes dificultades que todo negocio enfrenta, con el uso de las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios pueden lograr hacerlo y pasar el valle de la prueba y convertirse en una empresa estable y en crecimiento continuo. En el presente trabajo se realizó una investigación cualitativa, utilizando una combinación de fuentes de información primarias y secundarias, para obtener los datos necesarios y poder establecer una situación actual acerca del manejo del capital de trabajo que realizan las microempresas del municipio de San Vicente con más de treinta años de funcionamiento, pero como la profundidad de la investigación no es solo descriptiva, sino también explicativa se analizaron los hallazgos y se realizó una propuesta de como los microempresarios deben de administrar su capital de trabajo, para que les permita generar valor y ser sostenible en el tiempo, avanzando a la siguiente categoría que es pequeña empresa. The strengthening of microenterprises is a general benefit for the country, this is what in turn encourages and gives meaning to this research that is called "Administration of Working Capital, for Microenterprises, in the City Hall of San Vicente, San Vicente Department. In the establishment of the problem, our interest is set in ensuring that the microenterprises studied are managed efficiently, and they can achieve the growth they want. Because at the time of the creation of a business, it must be accompanied of the administration of finances, specifically the management of the working capital, which involves, the management of the asset and liability accounts in the short term and therefore its impact on the operation of the businesses is high. The justification for this research lies in the support that microentrepreneurs is the utmost importance, so that they can be informed and financially trained, thus, they can overcome different difficulties every business faces, with the use of the necessary tools and knowledge they can achieve it and pass the path of testing and become a stable and continuously growing enterprise. The work presented in here made use of a qualitative research, by using a combination of primary and secondary information sources, to obtain the necessary data and to establish a current situation regarding the management of working capital carried out by micro-enterprises in the municipality of San Vicente with more than thirty years of operation, but as the depth of the investigation is not only descriptive, but also explanatory, the findings were analyzed and a proposal was made on how microentrepreneurs should manage their working capital, so that they allow them to generate value and be sustainable over time, moving forward to the next category which is small business.

    Proyecto de inversión en microempresa dedicada a la venta de medicamentos, en el municipio de Ilobasco, departamento de Cabañas

    El propósito de este estudio es determinar la factibilidad de invertir en un proyecto enfocado en la comercialización de medicamentos, mediante el establecimiento de una farmacia, como una oportunidad de negocio que se visualiza en la zona de la octava avenida norte del Municipio de Ilobasco, Cabañas. Para conocer la factibilidad y viabilidad de la ejecución del proyecto, se describen y se desarrolla la formulación y evaluación técnica y financiera a través del estudio de mercado, el estudio técnico, estudio económico y el financiero. En el estudio de mercado a través de encuestas a consumidores de la zona de creación de la farmacia y entrevistas a propietarios de las farmacias existentes, se logró identificar que una cantidad significativa de consumidores demandan de un establecimiento farmacéutico cercano a su lugar de residencia. En el estudio técnico se determinó que la farmacia se ubicará en la 8ª. Avenida Norte, del Barrio San Miguel, Ilobasco, Cabañas; por ser un lugar de afluencia poblacional y de ubicación estratégica dado que conecta con cantones y caseríos donde no existen farmacias, lo que obliga a la población a trasladarse hasta Ilobasco para adquirir sus medicamentos. Finalmente, el estudio económico y financiero permitió determinar los ingresos, egresos proyectados y flujos netos de efectivo esperados. Mediante los métodos del Valor Presente Neto (VPN) y la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento (TIR), se ha evaluado la factibilidad de invertir en el proyecto en dos escenarios: cien por ciento con capital propio o con una combinación de capital propio (43%) y financiamiento al 57% con un horizonte de vida de cinco años, resultando viable en los dos escenarios, pero con mayor valor, cuando se hace con una estructura de capital propio y deuda. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of investing in a project focused on the commercialization of medicines, through the establishment of a pharmacy, as a business opportunity that is visualized in the area of the eighth north avenue of the Municipality of Ilobasco, Cabañas. To know the feasibility and viability of the execution of the project, the formulation and technical and financial evaluation are described and developed through the market study, the technical study, the economic study and the financial one. In the market study, through surveys of consumers in the pharmacy creation area and interviews with owners of existing pharmacies, it was possible to identify that a significant number of consumers demand from a pharmaceutical establishment close to their place of residence or residence. In the technical study it was determined that the pharmacy will be located in the 8th. Av. Norte, Barrio San Miguel, Ilobasco, Cabañas; for being a place of population influx and of strategic location since it connects with cantons and hamlets where there are no pharmacies, which forces the population to travel to Ilobasco to acquire their medicines. Finally, the financial study made it possible to determine projected income and expenses, expected net cash flows. Using the Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods, the feasibility of investing in the project has been evaluated in two scenarios: one hundred percent with own capital or with a combination of own capital (43%) and financing at 57% with a life horizon of five years, being viable in both scenarios but with a higher value, when it is done with a structure of own capital and debt.
