Item La atención en salud a los pacientes crónicos del Instituto de Bienestar Magisterial.(2010-05-01) Pastore Majano, Oscar Eduardo; Flores Hernández, Rudis Yilmar; Paz Narváez, RafaelEl propósito del presente estudio es analizar el significado que tiene para los y las maestras que son pacientes crónicos, la atención en salud que reciben del Instituto de Bienestar Magisterial. Esto supone, determinar cuáles son las patologías tipificadas como enfermedades crónicas que más consultan los y las maestras que son pacientes crónicos, en el ISBM., así como si consideran que la cobertura de medicamentos, médicos especialistas y hospitalización es suficiente para garantizarles su atención. Además descubrir el sentir y pensar del paciente crónico respecto a su enfermedad y a la atención del ISBM. El estudio se pretende realizar en el municipio de San Miguel. Su ejecución se realizara con una metodología cualitativa, fundamentada en entrevistas enfocadas y semi-estructuradas, dirigidas a maestros y maestras que sean pacientes que adolezcan de al menos una enfermedad crónica; a médicos del Instituto de Salvadoreño de Bienestar Magisterial y a observadores con experticia sobre el tema. Se espera procesar las entrevistas inicialmente con procesador de texto, Luego de ser grabadas y posteriormente, preparar el análisis valiéndonos de un software para análisis cualitativo. Los resultados estarían enfocados en lograr interpretar el fenómeno de estudio de tal manera que sea posible diseñar un perfil de propuesta que eleve la calidad de la atención a personas con enfermedades crónicas.Item El conocimiento, actitud y prácticas sobre la prevención de la enfermedad renal crónica que tiene los pacientes de la clínica metabólica del ISSS San Miguel(2021-06-29) Olmedo de Amaya, Aracely; Amaya Cañas, Claudia Patricia; Paz Narvaez, Rafael MauricioRESUMEN:En la investigación que se realizó fue de tipo exploratorio, con una muestra de 100 usuarios de la clínica metabólica a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario. El conocimiento que tienen los pacientes de la clínica metabólica sobre salud renal; en el ítem una alimentación saludable es: comer frutas, verduras, poca grasa, ingesta de líquidos considera verdadero un 85%; consumir sal adicional entre comida se considera verdadero con un 51%; actitud sobre automedicación; ¿El auto medicarme aumenta el riesgo de padecer de la Enfermedad renal crónica?; de acuerdo 35.0%, totalmente en acuerdo 48.0%, hay una actitud positiva sobre la automedicación; Práctica sobre la alimentación, ¿Consume sal con las comidas? nunca 44%, a veces 44%, es una práctica negativa; lo los factores de riesgos identificados en los pacientes de la clínica metabólica son los siguientes el 90% de los sujetos tiene antecedentes familiares con enfermedades metabólicas, y un 36% de sus familiares tiene más de 2 patologías metabólicas. Se concluye que pacientes de la clínica metabólica tienen un nivel alto de conocimiento sobre la salud renal en cuanto a la actitud respecto a su enfermedad y la prevención renal es favorable y referente a las prácticas son positivas, pero existe un porcentaje mínimo con conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas desfavorable, quienes pueden desarrollar enfermedad renal en un futuro. ABSTRAC: The research that was carried out was exploratory, with a sample of 100 users of the metabolic clinic to whom a questionnaire was applied. It is concluded that patients from the metabolic clinic have a high level of knowledge about kidney health in terms of attitude towards their disease and kidney prevention is favorable and regarding practices are positive, but there is a minimum percentage with knowledge, attitudes and unfavorable practices, who may develop kidney disease in the future
