dc.description.abstractThe present document introduces DDY Adventure as a tour operator specializing in adventure tourism in El Salvador. This proposal is aimed at both Salvadorans and foreign tourists interested in experiencing extreme adventures in a safe, responsible, and fun way.The main objective of DDY Adventure is to offer authentic and sustainable experiences that allow travelers to connect with the natural beauty of the country. The tour operator is an initiative focused on responding to the growing demand for adventure tourism and the need to promote environmental conservation. In this regard, the operator offers activities such as volcano hiking,waterfall exploration, rappelling, and kayaking, all developed under principles of sustainability and respect for nature.In order to understand the relevance of tourism and its evolution, research was conducted on its origin and development worldwide, as well as its historical growth in El Salvador. Likewise, the value of the country's natural and cultural resources is highlighted, which constitute the fundamental basis for the promotion of adventure tourism. Through this approach, DDY Adventure aims to contribute to local development and promote environmental education, thus promoting a model of responsible and sustainable tourism in El Salvador.El presente documento presenta a DDY Adventure como un operador turístico especializado en turismo de aventura en El Salvador. Esta propuesta está dirigida tanto a salvadoreños como a turistas extranjeros interesados en vivir experiencias de aventura extrema de manera segura, responsable y divertida.El objetivo principal de DDY Adventure es ofrecer experiencias auténticas y sostenibles que permitan a los viajeros conectarse con la belleza natural del país. El operador turístico es una iniciativa enfocada en responder a la creciente demanda del turismo de aventura y a la necesidad de promover la conservación del medio ambiente. En este sentido, el operador ofrece actividades como senderismo en volcanes, exploración de cascadas, rápel y kayak, todas desarrolladas bajo principios de sostenibilidad y respeto por la naturaleza.Con el fin de comprender la relevancia del turismo y su evolución, se realizó una investigación sobre su origen y desarrollo a nivel mundial, así como sobre su crecimiento histórico en El Salvador. Asimismo, se destaca el valor de los recursos naturales y culturales del país, los cuales constituyen la base fundamental para la promoción del turismo de aventura. A través de este enfoque, DDY Adventure busca contribuir al desarrollo local y fomentar la educación ambiental, promoviendo así un modelo de turismo responsable y sostenible en El Salvador.
