Abstract
RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se investigó la problemática de la captación de jóvenes de edad para ser parte de las estructuras criminales de El Salvador para el acometimiento de delitos, planteando los factores que facilitan la propagación en las estructuras criminales salvadoreñas. OBJETIVO: Descubrir las diferentes formas de estructuración en las que se perfila el crimen organizado en la Zona Oriental identificando la forma estructural en la actuación de actividades criminales y esclarecer los delitos más comunes que son cometidos por los adolescentes. METODOLOGÍA: Se aplicó el método hipotético deductivo partiendo del hecho de la comprobación de hipótesis haciendo una concatenación entre lo práctico y la teoría, aplicando técnicas documentales, de campo e implementado instrumentos de investigación. CONCLUSIONES: En la investigación se planteó el presupuesto de la internacionalización del crimen organizado, pero no se ha visto una cooperación Judicial internacional que trate de solventar la problemática. Asimismo se evidencia que la solución tiene una dimensión multi-institucional y multisectorial que debe abarcar el ámbito político a nivel local de la Zona Oriental y Nacional y que las políticas planteadas por el gobierno central están encaminadas a la represión y no a la prevención.
ABSTRACT: In the present work, the problem of recruiting young people of age to be part of the criminal structures of El Salvador for the commission of crimes was investigated, raising the factors that facilitate the spread in the Salvadoran criminal structures. OBJECTIVE: To discover the different forms of structuring in which organized crime is outlined in the Eastern Zone, identifying the structural form in the performance of criminal activities and clarifying the most common crimes that are committed by adolescents. METHODOLOGY: The hypothetical deductive method was applied starting from the fact of hypothesis testing, making a concatenation between practice and theory, applying documentary and field techniques and implementing research instruments. CONCLUSIONS: The investigation established the budget for the internationalization of organized crime, but there has not been an international judicial cooperation that tries to solve the problem. Likewise, it is evident that the solution has a multi-institutional and multisectoral dimension that must encompass the political sphere at the local level of the Eastern and National Zone and that the policies proposed by the central government are aimed at repression and not at prevention.
