To have another language is to possess a second soul.’’ (Charlemagne). In our context, learning English as a second language is seen as one of the best opportunities teens and adults have to become successful in their jobs, careers, at school, and even in their social environment as a way to communicate with people from other cultures. At the Foreign Language Department, the importance of learning the language is well known by authorities, teachers, and a large number of students which makes the teaching-learning process a priority. Keeping that in mind, the research team decided to write this research paper focusing on the strategies used to handle large groups, so anyone willing to know and put into practice such strategies can get to know them by reading it.es
