dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de este trabajo de tesis que se detalla en este documento pretende modernizar los servicios que actualmente ofrece el Ministerio de Educación, específicamente la modalidad de asesoría jurídica en la atención a la denuncia ciudadana mediante el funcionamiento de las oficinas departamentales de estás, brindando aplicaciones web y móvil, de fácil uso para la ciudadanía y para ellos mismos. Este sistema permite personalizar los datos brindados por cada usuario, los funcionarios administradores, podrán reeditar los datos que se reciban, de la misma manera se podrá encontrar en el contexto de la investigación múltiples herramientas como la generación de reportes y consultas de datos, mismas que han sido realizadas con las tecnologías más actualizadas, fusionando la mayor parte de estas para el diseño y desarrollo de las herramientas, así mismo las referencias correctas a la institución que nos brindó la mayor parte de información, misma que es de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la comunidad educativa del territorio salvadoreño. ABSTRACT: The main objective of this thesis work that is detailed in this document aims to modernize the services currently offered by the Ministry of Education, specifically the modality of legal advice in the attention to citizen complaints through the operation of the departmental offices of these, providing web and mobile applications, easy to use for citizens and for themselves.
