dc.description.abstractThe present document presents Moonlight Tour Guide Agency as a tour agency that has as its main purpose offer traveling guides that are trained in sign language, so that can involve people with hearing disabilities with tourism experience. The agency was created after the observation of the limitations that this group of people has while traveling, the minimum or even nonexistent hosts that can effectively communicate with tourists in sign language. The aspiration of the agency is to promote inclusivity, ease the understanding of culture, traditions and create an environment where everyone can enjoy the beauty of El Salvador Tourism. To better understand the tourism importance and its impact, it was investigated about the beginning of it in the world, then how it was developed over the years in El Salvador; in addition it was presented the significance of natural resources and culture of the country. Then, the agency shares aspects that are going to be followed to align the tourism with sustainable development strategies, such as respect for the environment and community, conservation of historic monuments and the preservation of cultural identity. Finally, the values, mission and responsibilities of the agency with clients is presented, to have a better definition of the identity and the impact that it can generate in tourism of El Salvador.
