Abstract
RESUMEN: La presente investigación, se titula: Transgresión de los Derechos Humanos en el Uso de las Redes Sociales en El Salvador. En esta investigación, se desarrolla, se expone y se explica la problemática que en este siglo existe, con las redes sociales y los problemas, agresiones y violaciones a derechos que las personas que hacen uso de ellas sufren y la cantidad de personas que en la actualidad hacen uso de las redes sociales que también las usan como un arma para violentar a otras. los Derechos Humanos son aquellos inherentes a la persona humana, que por el hecho de existir poseemos, y esos derechos nos permiten desarrollarnos, realizarnos como personas y que nos permiten buscar ese propósito que tenemos en nuestra vida, estos derechos aumentan para la protección de estas, porque son derechos que tanto en la realidad física como la realidad virtual poseemos. una mejor investigación, un mayor esfuerzo por parte del estado y de sus instituciones para garantizar esa protección que debe ejercer hacia las personas y que en redes sociales también debe de demostrar y practicar, de igual manera es necesaria una campaña a nivel nacional de información y capacitación para toda la población, para que estas sepan cómo enfrentar una situación de transgresión a derechos humanos en las redes sociales, que sepan la manera con la que puedan defenderse, donde acudir y que hacer, y la manera adecuada de usar el internet y redes sociales sus consecuencias, porque se demostró que gran parte de las personas en nuestro país esta desinformada en este aspecto
ABSTRACT: The present investigation is entitled: Transgression of Human Rights in the Use of Social Networks in El Salvador. In this research, the problems that exist in this century are developed, exposed and explained, with social networks and the problems, attacks and violations of rights that people who use them suffer and the number of people who in the They currently make use of social networks that also use them as a weapon to violate others. Human Rights are those inherent to the human person, that by the fact of existing we possess, and those rights allow us to develop, fulfill ourselves as people and that allow us to seek that purpose that we have in our lives, these rights increase for the protection of these , because they are rights that we possess both in physical reality and in virtual reality. a better investigation, a greater effort on the part of the state and its institutions to guarantee that protection that must be exercised towards people and that must also be demonstrated and practiced in social networks, in the same way a national campaign of information and training for the entire population, so that they know how to deal with a situation of violation of human rights in social networks, that they know how to defend themselves, where to go and what to do, and the proper way to use the internet and networks its social consequences, because it was shown that a large part of the people in our country is uninformed in this regard
