Abstract
RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de investigación se enfoca en la elaboración de una guía de medición para conocer la efectividad de la metodología aplicada a los grupos de auto ahorro comunitario por la Fundación Campo para implementarla en la comunidad La Fragua, Municipio de Moncagua, Departamento de San Miguel, con base en la correcta utilización y apoyo de herramientas básicas de gestión que pueden ser de ayuda para este tipo de organizaciones, y que además son de muy fácil uso. la presente investigación, en el capítulo uno contiene el problema de investigación, que tiene inmerso los antecedentes, donde se mencionan los acontecimientos que produjeron el problema en investigación; la situación problemática, que muestra el problema principal que padece Fundación Campo, y algunos otros problemas que derivan de la problemática principal; el enunciado del problema, el cual es una interrogante que enmarca la incidencia de la solución en el problema en investigación; posteriormente, se encuentra la justificación, en la cual se especifica porque se llevó a cabo el estudio y los beneficios de su realización; la delimitación de la investigación, en donde se determina el lugar y tiempo exacto en donde se realiza la investigación; los objetivos de la investigación, los cuales son el fin a alcanzar en este estudio; por último el sistema de hipótesis, las cuales son las que se demostraran con la realización de la investigación. Así mismo, en el capítulo tres, se describe la metodología de la investigación, que incluye el tipo de estudio a realizar; el universo y muestra de la población a estudiar que está constituida por los miembros de los grupos de Auto Ahorro Comunitario de Comunidad La Fragua, Municipio de Moncagua, se señalan los métodos y técnicas de investigación utilizados en el presente estudio; los instrumentos, que consta de una encuesta y una guía de entrevista y el procedimiento, en donde se detalla el proceso de validación de instrumentos y el proceso de la investigación. En el capítulo cuatro, se presentan los resultados de la encuesta dirigida a los miembros delos grupos de Auto ahorro de Comunidad La Fragua según estrato y los resultados de la entrevista dirigida a las autoridades de Fundación Campo y promotoras, y como parte final del capítulo las conclusiones y recomendaciones, el cual es el resultado de la investigación realizada. Por último, se presenta el capítulo cinco, que contiene la propuesta final que son dos guías una para conocer el funcionamiento de los grupos de auto ahorro y otra para conocer la efectividad de la metodología.
ABSTRACT: This research work focuses on the development of a measurement guide for to know the effectiveness of the methodology applied to the community self-saving groups by the Fundación Campo to implement it in the La Fragua community, Municipality of Moncagua, Department of San Miguel, based on the correct use and support of basic tools of management that can be of help for this type of organizations, and that are also very easy to use. The present investigation, in chapter one, contains the research problem, which it has immersed the antecedents, where the events that produced the research problem; the problem situation, which shows the main problem that Fundación Campo suffers, and some other problems that derive from the main problem; the statement of the problem, which is a question that frames the incidence of the solution in the research problem; Subsequently, the justification is found, in which it is specified why the study was carried out and the benefits of its realization; the delimitation of the investigation, where the exact place and time where the investigation is carried out is determined; the objectives of the research, which are the end to be achieved in this study; finally the system of hypotheses, which are the ones that will be demonstrated with the completion of the investigation. Likewise, in chapter three, the methodology of the investigation is described, which includes the type of study to be carried out; the universe and sample of the population to study that is constituted by the members of the Community Self-Saving groups of the La Fragua Community, Municipality of Moncagua, the research methods and techniques used in the present study are indicated; the instruments, which consists of a survey and an interview guide and the procedure, where the instrument validation process and the research process are detailed. Chapter four presents the results of the survey addressed to the members of the La Fragua Community Self-saving groups according to stratum and the results of the interview addressed to the authorities of Fundación Campo and promoters, and as the final part of the chapter the conclusions and recommendations, which is the result of the investigation carried out. Finally, chapter five is presented, which contains the final proposal that consists of two guides, one to learn about the operation of self-saving groups and the other to learn about the effectiveness of the methodology
