dc.description.abstractThe seed that gave birth to the present work was an experience of the authors with an electrical engineering student approaching graduation. This student needed to read literature in english for this work; and according to his own words, he had not learned anything in his english i course because at that time he had not been aware of the importance english had for his major. He realized his mistake when he found himself unable to comprehend the information sources in english. however after taking some lessons, this upper-level student proved to be a fast english learner.es
