Abstract
RESUMEN: La violencia contra las mujeres o violencia de género es una problemática que más atención social e institucional debe recibir, ya que es un tema de actualidad y es alarmante el aumento progresivo de conductas y hechos de violencia ejercidos hacia la mujer. Es necesario tener en cuenta que la niñez y la adolescencia pueden llegar a ser víctimas directas e indirectas de la violencia de género, son sujetos pasivos y de carácter vulnerable ante este fenómeno. El hecho de presenciar comportamiento de violencia ejercida hacia su madre en su entorno familia o social, tiene consecuencias en su desarrollo integral. Asimismo, cuando estos son víctimas directas. La presente investigación tiene por objeto estudiar y analizar la problemática de la Violencia de Género en la ciudad de San Miguel, enfocándonos en la problemática social y jurídica que afecta a la niñez y Adolescencia, dado la magnitud que ha alcanzado y su grave afectación, no solo en las mujeres que son víctimas directas de la violencia de género, sino también en las niñas, niños y adolescentes que crecen en hogares donde el padre golpea a su madre, a sus hermanas, como un comportamiento cultural de superioridad, considerando que las mujeres no tienen ningún valor, son un objeto y deben de obedecerle, así mismo los entornos dentro de la sociedad donde los sujetos objeto de esta investigación se desarrollan y existen conductas consideradas normales pero que convierten a estos en víctimas directas o indirectas de la violencia de genero.
ABSTRACT: Violence against women or gender violence is a problem that should receive more social and institutional attention, since it is a topical issue and the progressive increase in behaviors and acts of violence against women is alarming. It is necessary to take into account that children and teenagers can become direct and indirect victims of gender violence, they are passive subjects and vulnerable to this phenomenon. The fact of witnessing violent behavior towards her mother in her family or social environment has consequences for her integral development. Likewise, when these are direct victims. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the problem of Gender-based Violence in the city of San Miguel, focusing on the social and legal issues that affect children and teenagers, given the magnitude that it has reached and its severe affectation, not only in women who are the direct victims of gender violence, but also in girls, boys, and adolescents who grow up in homes where the father beats his mother, his sisters, as a cultural behavior of superiority, considering that the women have no value, they are an object and must obey them; likewise, the environments within a society where the subjects of this investigation develop and there are behaviors considered normal but that make them direct or indirect victims of the violence of gender
