Abstract
RESUMEN: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental conocer las funciones del psicólogo/a en el área laboral de las empresas de la ciudad de San Miguel, durante el año 2018- 2019. Una vez se conocen las funciones se pretende describir las áreas de desempeño y vivencias del psicólogo laboral; así mismo establecer el perfil del psicólogo laboral de las empresas de la ciudad de San Miguel. El estudio se enmarca en el método cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, esto es porque se emplea un instrumento que permite obtener número de funciones y actividades en cada función, para ello se destinan un total de 22 preguntas que comprenden las funciones de evaluación, capacitación, atención, asesorías, consejerías, diagnósticas, ejecución y gerenciales en su desempeño en el área laboral en las empresas de la ciudad de San Miguel. La función que menos desempeñan es la de consejería. Se determinó que en las cinco empresas consultadas las funciones de evaluación, capacitación, atención, asesorías, diagnósticas, ejecución y gerenciales son las que realiza el psicólogo laboral en su empresa en su desempeño en el área laboral en las empresas de la ciudad de San Miguel. El procedimiento básico es asistir a las empresas en la ciudad de San Miguel que es un total de cinco y solicitar el permiso respectivo y entrevistar al psicólogo laboral. Lo que se espera con esta investigación es obtener un perfil del psicólogo/a en el área laboral y sus funciones dentro de una empresa, lo cual permite identificar si hay homogeneidad en las actividades de las respectivas funciones exploradas en este estudio. Además, es importante mencionar que se tendrá esta investigación como base para futuras investigaciones que pretendan abordar los aspectos abordados acá.
ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research is to know the functions of the psychologist in the labor area of the companies in the city of San Miguel, during the year 2018-2019. Once the functions are known, it is intended to describe the areas of performance and experiences of the labor psychologist; Likewise, to establish the profile of the occupational psychologist of the companies of the city of San Miguel. The study is framed in the quantitative method of descriptive type, this is because an instrument is used that allows to obtain number of functions and activities in each function, for this a total of 22 questions are destined that include the functions of evaluation, training, attention , consulting, counseling, diagnosis, execution and management in their performance in the labor area in companies in the city of San Miguel. The function they perform the least is that of counseling. It was determined that in the five companies consulted the functions of evaluation, training, attention, consulting, diagnosis, execution and management are those carried out by the labor psychologist in his company in his performance in the labor area in the companies of the city of San Miguel. . The basic procedure is to attend the companies in the city of San Miguel, which is a total of five, and request the respective permit and interview the labor psychologist. What is expected with this research is to obtain a profile of the psychologist in the work area and their functions within a company, which allows identifying if there is homogeneity in the activities of the respective functions explored in this study. In addition, it is important to mention that this research will be used as a basis for future research that seeks to address the issues addressed here
