dc.description.abstractEsta tesis explora el potencial del ecoturismo en Conchagua, una región conocida por su rica belleza natural y biodiversidad. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la viabilidad y el impacto de implementar iniciativas de ecoturismo en el área, con un enfoque en la promoción de prácticas sostenibles y la conservación del medio ambiente local. La investigación comienza con una descripción general del estado actual de los recursos naturales de Conchagua, destacando sus diversos ecosistemas, que incluyen playas vírgenes, selvas tropicales exuberantes y vida silvestre única. Se enfatiza la importancia de preservar estos recursos para las generaciones futuras, considerando las amenazas que plantean el desarrollo descontrolado y las prácticas turísticas insostenibles. A continuación, el estudio profundiza en el concepto de ecoturismo y sus principios, enfatizando la necesidad de un viaje responsable que minimice los impactos ambientales negativos y maximice los beneficios para las comunidades locales.
