Abstract
1. RESUMEN
La apendicitis aguda es la causa más frecuente de abdomen agudo quirúrgico, afecta a gran parte de la población mundial. Por lo tanto, su diagnóstico debe considerarse en todo paciente con dolor abdominal que presente signos/ síntomas sugestivos de abdomen agudo. El OBJETIVO GENERAL de este trabajo es determinar cuáles son los factores que influyen en las complicaciones prequirúrgicas de pacientes que consultaron por apendicitis aguda en el Hospital Nacional San Juan de Dios de San Miguel, de enero de 2019 a junio 2019”. METODOLOGÍA se realizará un estudio descriptivo, longitudinal y retrospectivo, en los cuales se aplicarán criterios de inclusión y exclusión para la elección de la población y muestra a estudiar, la muestra de información serán los pacientes ingresados al servicio de 1° Cirugía hombres de los cuales se solicitará el expediente clínico y poder ejecutar el instrumento de investigación. RESULTADOS ESPERADOS: contar con un documento que sirva de guía para identificar cuáles son los factores más frecuentes que conllevan a la complicación de pacientes con un cuadro de apendicitis aguda. IMPACTO: se pretende conocer los factores de riesgo que condicionan a las complicaciones de un cuadro de apendicitis aguda, y de esta manera poder intervenir de forma oportuna ante un cuadro de dolor abdominal, para lograr así contribuir a que los índices de complicaciones disminuyan en la población de pacientes que son atendido en nuestro hospital “San Juan de Dios de San Miguel”.

1. SUMMARY
Acute appendicitis is the most frequent cause of acute surgical abdomen, affecting a large part of the world population. Therefore, its diagnosis should be considered in all patients with abdominal pain who present signs / symptoms suggestive of an acute abdomen. The GENERAL OBJECTIVE of this work is to determine what are the factors that influence the pre-surgical complications of patients who consulted for acute appendicitis at the San Juan de Dios National Hospital in San Miguel, from January 2019 to June 2019”. METHODOLOGY a descriptive, longitudinal and retrospective study will be carried out, in which inclusion and exclusion criteria will be applied for the choice of the population and sample to study, the sample of information will be the patients admitted to the service of 1st Surgery men of which The clinical file will be requested and the research instrument can be executed. EXPECTED RESULTS: to have a document that serves as a guide to identify which are the most frequent factors that lead to the complication of patients with a picture of acute appendicitis. IMPACT: the aim is to know the risk factors that condition the complications of a picture of acute appendicitis, and in this way to be able to intervene in a timely manner in the event of a picture of abdominal pain, in order to help reduce the rate of complications in the population of patients who are treated in our hospital "San Juan de Dios de San Miguel".
