    IMPACTO DEL DISEÑO UNIVERSAL PARA EL APRENDIZAJE COMO MÉTODO PROMOVIDO POR EL DAI EN LAS ESCUELAS REGULARES

    Resumen: El impacto del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje DUA, a la disponibilidad de la educación general en las aulas regulares es muy importante porque, desde la función del DUA, es más que un simple método para enseñar, siendo una corriente que aspira a eliminar todas las barreras que se interponen en los estudiantes y que impiden el ingreso igualitario al estudio. En todo momento al implementar el DUA, busca que todos los estudiantes, sin importar la diversidad tengan las mismas oportunidades de participar en cada uno de los procesos académicos y alcanzar las metas que se trazan durante el año escolar. Sugiriendo que el DUA transforma el ámbito de la educación al proponer diversas maneras de representar, expresar y comprometerse, siendo adecuado para la diversidad que existe en cada salón. Este punto de vista posibilita que cada estudiante, con sus propias habilidades y diferentes maneras de aprender, encuentre el camino que le brinde el acceso a la información. Es necesario recalcar la importancia que la formación docente permanente y constante tiene, para que estos se actualicen a la hora de desarrollar los contenidos del currículo. También establece que los docentes tienen que conocer y aprender a utilizar las herramientas del DUA de manera correcta ya que, en este sentido, la colaboración entre los Docentes de apoyo a la inclusión (DAI) y los docentes de las aulas regulares será fundamental para el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Este proyecto en conjunto hace que las clases regulares sean lugares integradores. Abstract: The impact of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) on the accessibility of general education in regular classrooms is very significant because, in its function, UDL is more than just a teaching method; it is a framework that aims to eliminate all barriers that stand in the way of students and hinder equal access to education. At all times, when implementing UDL, the goal is to ensure that all students, regardless of their diversity, have the same opportunities to participate in every academic process and achieve the goals set for the school year. Suggesting that UDL transforms the field of education by offering various ways to represent, express, and engage, it proves to be suitable for the diversity present in every classroom. This perspective allows each student, with their own abilities and different ways of learning, to find the path that grants them access to information. It is essential to emphasize the importance of ongoing and continuous teacher training, so they stay updated when developing curriculum content. It also establishes that teachers must know and learn to use UDL tools correctly, as collaboration between Inclusion Support Teachers (IST) and regular classroom teachers will be fundamental to the teaching and learning process. This joint project makes regular classes integrative environments. UDL not only improves the quality of student performance but also enhances social unity within the classroom, a space where this unity is sought among all students. This collective effort ensures that classrooms become truly inclusive spaces.
