    The English I and II syllabus should have, to analyze the translation elements that the English I and II syllabus should have, to formulate a proposal of changes of the English I and II syllabus and to describe the functionality of the proposed syllabus of the English I and II. This research paper contains a description of the methodology used to carry out this investigation. In addition, this research study was conducted by the Mix Method Paradigm which was useful to follow up the instruments (semi-structure checklists and interviews) to observe the inconsistencies.

    Develops a complete study of the effectiveness of feedback in the productive skills through the observation of the various indicators that permit to recognize the improvement of those skills. This study was conducted after identifying the need of effective feedback in the English learning process, especially in the productive skills in basic levels. This academic paper is divided in five chapters: The first chapter deals with the statement of the problem that is described through a diagnose stage in which the problem is studied to determine and set the basis for the investigation. Also, this chapter includes the general and the specific objectives that lead this study, and the reasons that lead the research team to conduct this research.

    The Effects of the Methodology used in the Language Department of the University of El Salvador Western Multidisciplinary Campus on Advanced English II students’ Oral Accuracy, semester I, 2010

    The aim of this investigation was to explain the effects of the methodology used by Advanced English II teacher of the University of El Salvador Western Multidisciplinary Campus on Advanced English II students’ oral accuracy. The participants for this investigation were four Advanced English II students who were observed and interviewed during the investigation. For this investigation three data collection instruments were used: observation guide, checklist and semi-structured interview guide. These instruments were useful to gather information regarding the two variables of the investigation: 1) Methodology used by Advanced English II teachers and 2) Advanced English II students’ oral accuracy. Since this is a qualitative research, Nvivo 7 was used to categorize the information from the three sources to be analyzed thoroughly. After the analysis of the information, a body of conclusions and recommendations were built up. According to ELT experts such as Penny Ur (N.D.), Chaunren Ke (1995) and Sasson (2007), the implementation of the communicative approach undermines one important dimension of the English language which is accuracy. In the same sense, in this investigation, Advanced English II students also show high levels of inaccuracy in their oral production. That is why the body of recommendations was based on what these experts recommends doing when students are immersed in programs which the Communicative Approach is implemented. These recommendations lead, then, to include more deductive grammar in the instruction.

    This thesis work presents the findings of “The Total physical Response (TPR) Approach through Technology to Introduce EFL to 1st Grade Millennium Learners at C.E Tomás Medina”. The general objective is to introduce EFL to 1st grade students through the Total Physical Response approach using technology at C. E Tomás Medina and the specific ones are to describe how 1st grade students acquire EFL, to design a syllabus and a macro-lesson, to describe their functionality, and to provide them to introduce English as a foreign language using the Total Physical Response approach and technology at C.E Tomás Medina. Furthermore, it describes the methodology used to accomplish this investigation where the research team used the qualitative paradigm.

Moreover, this study details the benefits of the implementation of Theme Based Learning method using the Personal Branding theme to empower the students´ oral communicative competence
