The "Salvi Mochi" project is presented as an innovative proposal in the field of tourism, highlighting the artisanal creation of a product that fuses the cultural and gastronomic richness of El Salvador. The motivation behind its development lies in promoting local ingredients and offering a variety of flavors that appeal to both national and international tourists. Furthermore, the connection of Salvi Mochi to Salvadoran cultural identity is emphasized, demonstrating how traditions and gastronomy enrich the visitor experience. Sustainability is a fundamental pillar in its production, along with quality control, ensuring an authentic and responsible product. On the other hand, the profile of the entrepreneur is analyzed in relation to the challenges and opportunities present in this market niche. The needs and preferences of consumers are identified, allowing for adjustments in the offering to maximize its appeal.
