dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El Centro Histórico de San Miguel, con su riqueza arquitectónica y cultural, ha sido durante mucho tiempo un símbolo de la identidad de la ciudad. Sin embargo, en las últimas décadas, este sector ha enfrentado diversas causas que han afectado su conservación y desarrollo a través de los años desde que fueron edificadas generalmente son la climatología, biológicas y las causadas por el hombre, esta última siendo de forma constante surge a raíz de la falta de interés de la población en conocer y valorar dicho patrimonio y el poco aprecio por el valor histórico de la ciudad El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la transformación del paisaje arquitectónico en el Centro Histórico de la ciudad a través de nuevos proyectos, desarrollo económico, social y la preservación del patrimonio cultural. Estos cambios han afectado la conservación del Centro Histórico de la ciudad, el propósito es concientizar a la comunidad y las futuras generaciones sobre la importancia de implementar proyectos que prioricen el cuidado el cuido y la preservación de los patrimonios arquitectónicos. A través de la investigación nos hemos dado cuenta del deterioro de las edificaciones históricas por falta de mantenimiento adecuado. Además del crecimiento urbano desordenado y los nuevos proyectos que han surgido y no se han acoplado debidamente y amenazan el carácter patrimonial de la zona. SUMMARY The historic center of San Miguel, with its architectural and cultural richness, has long been a symbol of the city's identity. However, in recent decades, this sector has faced various causes that have affected its conservation and development over the years since they were built, generally being climatology, biological and those caused by man, the latter being constantly arises as a result of the lack of interest of the population in knowing and valuing this heritage and the little appreciation for the historical value of the city. The objective of the research is to analyze the transformation of the architectural landscape in the historic center of the city through new projects, economic and social development and the preservation of cultural heritage. These changes have affected the conservation of the historic center of the city, the purpose is to raise awareness among the community and future generations about the importance of implementing projects that prioritize the care and preservation of architectural heritage. Through research we have become aware of the deterioration of historic buildings due to lack of adequate maintenance. In addition to the disorderly urban growth and the new projects that have emerged and have not been properly coupled and threaten the heritage character of the area.
