dc.description.abstractThe CONFORTOUR initiative focuses on analyzing the travel experiences offered by the teleoperator, addressing key elements such as tourism planning, personalized attention, and service quality. Its purpose is to identify how values like inclusion, intercultural respect, and sustainability are integrated into the interaction between operator and traveler. This proposal emphasizes the importance of creating safe and enriching environments for users, recognizing that contemporary tourism in El Salvador unfolds within a social context marked by challenges of coexistence, inequality, and cultural transformation. From this perspective, CONFORTOUR not only facilitates tours and travel packages, but also seeks to promote a conscious experience—one in which both staff and travelers can act as agents of change, fostering mutual respect and appreciation for local identities. In this sense, the proposal goes beyond commercial goals, aiming to strengthen the link between tourism and human development, and contributing to a more ethical, empathetic, and socially engaged practice in the Salvadoran context.
