Abstract
RESUMEN: La siguiente investigación denominada “Diseño de una Guía Práctica-Contable para el Costeo del Crecimiento y Engorde de Aves con base a la Sección 34 de la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera para Pequeñas y Medianas Entidades (NIIF PYMES) dedicadas al rubro de la avicultura del departamento de San Miguel. 2019”, se realiza con el fin de proporcionar asistencia técnica sobre costos de producción a las granjas avícolas y así conocer de forma efectiva y real sus rentabilidades con el objetivo diseñar una Guía Practico-Contable con base a la sección 34 de la Norma Internacional de Información Financiera para Pequeñas y Medianas Entidades (NIIF PYMES).La investigación se realizará con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo aplicando el método inductivo para el enfoque cualitativo ya que parte de datos para desarrollar comprensión, conceptos y teorías, y el método deductivo bajo el enfoque cuantitativo ya que parte de lo general a lo especifico. Según su aplicabilidad, la investigación será exploratoria, ya que se orienta al estudio de un problema en concreto, cercano y que se dará solución a la problemática diagnosticada la cual se denomina “Diseño de una guía práctica-contable para el coste del crecimiento y engorde de aves con base a la sección 34 de la norma internacional de información financiera para pequeñas y medianas entidades (NIIF PYMES) dedicadas al rubro de la avicultura y por último se realizan las conclusiones y recomendaciones como equipo de trabajo se llegado sobre el trabajo de investigación.
ABSTRACT: The following research called "Design of a Practical-Accounting Guide for the Cost of Growth and Fattening of Poultry based on Section 34 of the International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium Entities (IFRS SMEs) dedicated to the poultry sector of the department of San Miguel. 2019 ", is carried out in order to provide technical assistance on production costs to poultry farms and thus know their profitability in an effective and real way with the objective of designing a Practical-Accounting Guide based on section 34 of the International Standard of Financial Information for Small and Medium Entities (IFRS PYMES). The research will be carried out with a qualitative-quantitative approach applying the inductive method for the qualitative approach since it starts from data to develop understanding, concepts and theories, and the deductive method under the quantitative approach. since it starts from the general to the specific. According to its applicability, the research will be exploratory, since it is oriented to the study of a specific problem, close and that will give a solution to the diagnosed problem which is called "Design of a guide accounting-practice for the costing of the growth and fattening of birds based on section 34 of the international standard of financial information pa for small and medium-sized entities (IFRS PYMES) dedicated to the poultry industry and finally the conclusions and recommendations are made as a work team, reached on the research work
