dc.description.abstractRESUMEN 5 En este informe final, se presenta de manera ordenada el proceso que se realizó en el desarrollo de la pasantía de práctica profesional, desde antecedentes generales de la institución, hasta conclusiones y recomendaciones para la institución, y para el estudiante pasante. Durante el desarrollo de la pasantía de práctica profesional en el Instituto Nacional de Lolotique (INLO), como estudiante egresado de licenciatura en ciencias químicas, se desempeñó un trabajo de apoyo al docente encargado en el área de ciencia, en el período de febrero-agosto de 2024. Trabajando para cumplir el objetivo general: Desarrollar asesorías y laboratorios de química a estudiantes de bachillerato general y técnico en el Instituto Nacional de Lolotique, el cual se logró mediante la realización de una serie de actividades encaminadas al desarrollo y cumplimiento de dicho objetivo; actividades como asesorías a estudiantes, se realizó laboratorios en el aula de química, actividades de recuperación para estudiantes que lo necesitaron al final de cada periodo, se preparó he impartió clases presenciales con los estudiantes de 5 secciones de primer año de bachillerato general y técnico. Actividades que permitieron el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades, siendo esa área, un área nueva en el desarrollo profesional del pasante. El trabajo realizado en la institución contribuyó en la formación de jóvenes estudiantes de bachillerato, la institución se benefició del apoyo extra recibido por la docente, en el desarrollo de la materia de ciencias naturales, donde se incluye la ciencia química. Entorno recomendado para el desarrollo de futuras pasantías de practica profesional. ABSTRACT This final report systematically presents the process carried out during the development of the professional internship, ranging from the general background of the institution to the conclusions and recommendations addressed to both the institution and the student intern. The professional internship was conducted at the Instituto Nacional de Lolotique (INLO), where, as a graduate student of the Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Sciences, the intern provided academic support to the teacher in charge of the science area during the period from February to August 2024. In order to achieve the general objective—to develop academic advising and chemistry laboratory activities for general and technical high school students at the Instituto Nacional de Lolotique—a series of activities were implemented. These included academic advising sessions for students, the implementation of chemistry laboratory practices, remedial academic activities for students who required academic recovery at the end of each academic period, and the preparation and delivery of face-to-face classes for students from five sections of the first year of general and technical high school. These activities fostered the development of new professional skills, as this field represented a new area within the intern’s professional experience. The work carried out at the institution contributed significantly to the academic training of high school students. Additionally, the institution benefited from the supplementary support provided to the teacher in the delivery of the Natural Sciences subject, which includes Chemistry. Consequently, the institution is recommended as an appropriate setting for the implementation of future professional internship programs.
